Terms & Conditions kfc4u – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the kfc4u website, accessible at kfc4u.site and all related services (collectively referred to as the "kfc4u Platform" or "kfc4u"). The kfc4u Platform is operated for the purpose of providing online betting and casino entertainment services to eligible users in Malaysia.

Kfc4u reserves the right to modify, amend, or withdraw any part of these Terms at any time. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the kfc4u Platform. 2. User Eligibility

To use the kfc4u Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident physically located in Malaysia at the time of use.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gambling activities by any relevant authority.

• You are not registering in the capacity of an agent, broker, or representative acting on behalf of another person.
• Use of the kfc4u Platform is strictly for personal use and not for any business or commercial purpose.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on kfc4u at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different information or different devices, are strictly prohibited. kfc4u employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full name as per your identity card, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without notice.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your kfc4u account username and password secure. kfc4u will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to keep your login credentials confidential. Please notify kfc4u immediately at support@kfc4u.site if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

Kfc4u conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all users, particularly before processing a first withdrawal request or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit. Documents that may be required include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statements, and proof of current address. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in your withdrawal being delayed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit limit is RM 5 for eWallet and RM 10 for FPX and DuitNow. Maximum deposit limits depend on the limits set by the respective payment service providers and kfc4u's internal limits. Users may set their own personal deposit limits through the account settings section.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal is RM 30. All withdrawal requests are processed within 24 working hours following review and approval by the kfc4u finance team. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account held in the same user's name. kfc4u reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal for fraud prevention and compliance purposes.

4.4 Delays and Technical Issues

Kfc4u is not liable for delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by technical issues on the part of payment service providers, network failures, or circumstances beyond kfc4u's control. In such situations, kfc4u will make every effort to resolve the issue as promptly as possible.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Kfc4u offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to registered members. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all kfc4u bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses are subject to rollover before a withdrawal is permitted. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the relevant offer's terms.
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the respective offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.

6. Game Rules

This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated.

6.1 Game Results

All game results at kfc4u are final. kfc4u will not reverse the outcome of a completed game except in cases of proven technical failure that affects the integrity of that game. In such cases, kfc4u reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the stake to the user.

6.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active gaming session, kfc4u will endeavour to restore the state to what it was prior to the disruption, based on server records. Decisions made in such situations are final and at kfc4u's sole discretion.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

Kfc4u sets maximum win limits for each game type. These limits are subject to change and will be stated in the respective game information. Winnings that exceed these limits will be adjusted down to the applicable cap.

7. Sports Betting & Esports

Kfc4u offers Sports Betting markets across a wide range of leagues and tournaments, including the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), badminton, basketball, and esports events such as Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) and DOTA 2. The following conditions apply to all sports bets placed on kfc4u:

• All odds are offered at a specific point in time and are subject to change without notice until a bet is confirmed.
• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled, except in the event of cancellation of the relevant event.
• If an event is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the scheduled time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to users.
• Kfc4u reserves the right to void any bet reasonably believed to have been placed on the basis of inside information or other unlawful activity.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each market are set by kfc4u and are subject to change depending on the event and market.

8. User Conduct

Kfc4u users are required to conduct themselves responsibly and with respect towards all other users and kfc4u staff. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without compensation:

• Using automation software, bots, or any third-party software to interact with the kfc4u Platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Payment fraud, including the unauthorized use of credit cards or bank accounts.
• Attempting to hack or breach the security systems of the kfc4u Platform.
• Money laundering through the kfc4u Platform.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so.
• Communicating in a rude, threatening, or harassing manner toward support staff or other users.
• Spreading false or misleading information about kfc4u on any platform.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure by User

You may close your kfc4u account at any time by contacting our support team via email at support@kfc4u.site. Prior to closure, any remaining account balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures, subject to any outstanding bonus rollover requirements.

9.2 Closure by kfc4u

Kfc4u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or a request from the relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to fraud or a breach of terms, kfc4u reserves the right to forfeit the remaining account balance.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Setting time and spending limits before you play.

• Service disruptions arising from system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond kfc4u's control.
• Loss of opportunity, loss of income, or anticipated profits resulting from service disruptions.
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

• Uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and kfc4u's servers.
• Not selling or sharing users' personal information with third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

• Grants users the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

13. Amendments to Terms

Kfc4u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 14. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate process under applicable Malaysian law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision shall be excluded or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
